Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site.

Force Majeure
Isle of Wight Holiday shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, Acts of God, riots, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, lock-outs, industrial action, war, disease or fire.
